This sweet couple decided to end the year with a brand new beginning! Let me tell you a little about them. I’ve had the privilege of knowing the bride (and most of her bridal party) since their middle school years! It is hard to believe how fast the years have flown by, as they have all grown into beautiful young women, now standing beside their friend on her wedding day. I’m so honored to get to capture these moments for her. I first met Kevin at their engagement session. He is a quiet (until you get to know him), kind, hard working young man. He is an Eagle scout who works full-time as well as serving on his local volunteer fire department. He’s also completely taken with his bride! What a beautiful and emotional moment as he watched her walk down the aisle! From opposite ends of the county, I love how this couple incorporated the locations where they each grew up into their wedding day. We started the day at his church in the tiny town of Dunkirk, and ended the day at the reception near her hometown. Their entire day was beautiful with Christmas themed decorations and beautiful poinsettias everywhere. Their families worked so hard to make their day beautiful. From the amazing wedding dress made by the bride’s grandmother, to handmade invitations, programs & decorations. Loved seeing them end their special day, and ring in the new year as husband and wife enjoying each other and their friends and family. Here are just a few of my favorite photos of their day. Happy new year Kevin & Alex and best wishes for a life filled with much happiness!
