Golden hour senior session

Anna’s mom requested one thing for her daughter’s senior session.  “I want that glow!”  We scheduled a golden hour senior session, and thankfully there was sun!  🙂  I think we got glow in nearly every picture!    Anna waited so long for her senior session!  She decided on a spring session, and then COVID….  Once her senior session finally arrived, she nailed it!  She was an absolute natural at posing!  I’d be ready to give her instruction, and it was like she was reading my mind.  Moments before I said it, she would change expression, or stance before I even spoke.  She is such a beauty and so much fun to work with!

 

Early Summer

Early summer is wonderful for weather.  Not too hot, not to humid, we had a beautiful evening!  However, we had to get creative and a bit resourceful to find flowers.  I moved a tree, and dropped it on my foot. Yikes!  We stepped into the weeds on the side of the trail, carefully avoid poison ivy, to get the beautiful glowy pictures of Anna with a few yellow flowers.  We used hand sanitizer on our legs afterwards, just to be safe.  So far so good! 🙂   Laughing and have a fun adventure as we captured image after image of lovely Anna!

 

Then we headed down to the lake, because was golden hour summer session is complete without beach pictures?  Anna was fabulous, even taking her shoes off at my crazy suggestion to dip her toes in the water and walk barefoot on the  beach!

 

Flags

Marching band was Anna’s biggest activity in high school.  She began band playing the flute and performed as a guard member in the marching band.  She brought some of her colorful flag silks to include in her session.  It was fun photographing her in flag tossing action!  Anna received a spot on her university’s marching band guard squad!  Wow!  I’m so impressed!  She’ll have a full schedule!  She plans to study business and become an entrepreneur to serve others.  I can’t wait to see where God takes Anna over the coming year!
