Lakeside Summer Session

Meet Autumn!  Autumn is such a doll!  She came out for a lakeside summer senior rep session the night before having her wisdom teeth out!  She was fabulous! Autumn has a confident no-nonsense vibe about her that is unique and fun.

 

From Inquiry to Senior Rep

When Autumn’s mom contacted me about getting on my 2022 senior schedule, I sent over the senior rep information just in case.  Autumn was so excited about the prospect of being a senior rep!  Soon she had filled out the senior rep application and sent it over.   It wasn’t long before we were planning her session.

I have a confession to make….  in a technical glitch that stymied even my CRM (client relationship manager) provider for a time, I lost Autumn’s senior rep application.  I usually refer back to that to share about why an upcoming senior wanted to be a rep, their dream photoshoot ideas, and just more about them in general.  Ooops!  That’s not really an option this time.   So I’m going to wing it!

 

Searching for blooms

We started off Autumn’s session looking to capture some images with early summer blooms.  Most spring blooms were done, but most summer flowers weren’t in full bloom yet.   We found some bushes with cute white blooms and managed to capture some fun shots.  Autumn was such a great sport!   We were creative as we navigated bush branches and I stood on a ladder, and wrangled a reflector.  She totally nailed it!

 

Then we headed off to a path with some beautful end of day light.  She was so much fun as walked, skipped and laughed on the path.  Of course we got a few sassy poses too!

 

Lakeside Canoes

We snapped a few shots on the dock, and lakeside rocks.  I enjoyed Autumn’s easy laughter and go-with-the-flow attitude.  We wrapped up Autumn’s session on canoes early waiting to be used the next day.   I’m so thankful to have Autumn as part of the 2022 senior rep team!  I am looking forward to getting to know her more over the coming year!

In case you were wondering….  Autumn said she did really well with having her wisdom teeth out, and didn’t even have much swelling!  What a blessing!
