Taylor University Anniversary Session

I had the most fun with Kaycee and Jeremy at the Taylor University anniversary session!  Last winter I held an anniversary session giveaway for my past couples and Kaycee and Jeremy were the winners!  They won an hour-long anniversary session with prints and a gift card for dinner on me!  They were on vacation to celebrate their anniversary this year, but when they returned we met up to capture some sweet images of them. We decided on Taylor University for it’s central location and because the campus is so beautiful!  Taylor is about halfway between their university and our hometown, and Ivanhoe’s is just down the road!

 

Married Life

It seems like marriage has been wonderful for Kaycee and Jeremy!  After waiting 7 years to get married, I think they may be even more in love than there were on their wedding day.  They clearly enjoy each other so much!  They laughed their way through the entire session.  I was even able to capture a few images of Jeremy dancing with Kaycee, as I was prepping for the next set.

 

Catching Up

As we wandered around campus they filled me in on how things have gone for them over the past year.  Jeremy played his final season of college football and graduated this spring.  He recently started his master’s degree online and was chosen for a pretty sweet position with the company he’s been working for.  Way to go Jeremy!  Kaycee is starting her senior year of nursing and looks forward to graduating in the spring.  They have a big year coming up with some unique challenges.  I know they will do great, and be thankful for all the hard work, despite the challenges next spring.

 

Blessed

I can’t wait to catch up with them in the spring as I photograph a wedding of their friends.  Friends who actually started dating on the exact same day Kaycee and Jeremy did,  way back when they were all in middle school!  Oh how I love my couples and the privilege it is to be a part of such special times in their lives capturing their memories!  Thank you Kaycee and Jeremy for letting me capture your special day and these sweet anniversary images!

Pull up a chair and get ready to smile at their love & joy  as I share some of my favorites from their anniversary session.

Walking across campus we found a building a with a beautiful wood ceiling reminiscent of The Tabernacle in Monroe where they were married.  We knew we had to stop and capture some images there!  It took a lot of maneuvering on my part while Jeremy and Kaycee just hung out in one spot and enjoyed each other talking, laughing and kissing. 🙂
